The ACA type scraping ring is a precision sealing element designed for use in hydraulic systems with reciprocating motion. Made of durable technical elastomers, it effectively removes contaminants from the surface of pistons, protecting the interior of the system from dust, water, and other impurities. Its flexible construction allows for quick and safe installation in grooves, ensuring reliability in challenging operating conditions.

The ACA type sealing ring is a reliable solution designed for sealing rotating elements such as shafts of electric motors, components of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, or parts of household appliances. Thanks to its universal design, it can operate regardless of the direction of rotation. Its key advantages include low friction, high durability, and resistance to wear, ensuring long and trouble-free operation without the need for constant technical supervision.

The element is made of high-quality elastomeric compounds - most commonly nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FPM), depending on the application requirements. The ring maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range: from -30°C to +100°C (NBR) and from -20°C to +250°C (FPM). It offers optimal performance at low pressures (up to 0.03 MPa) and rotational speeds of up to 12 m/s, depending on the mounting method on the shaft.

Due to its broad chemical resistance, the ACA ring performs excellently in contact with mineral oils, greases, fuels, water, and many chemical substances - making it an extremely versatile component in industrial, transportation, and technical applications.
