Anaerobic adhesive for penetrating threads Green B 290

Anaerobic adhesive for securing medium-strength locking and sealing threads. Used on gearbox screws, driveshafts, and bearing cover screws.

Penetrating anaerobic adhesive for securing threaded connections, medium/difficult to disassemble. A low-viscosity thread securing agent that acts to absorb moisture to search for voids in assemblies and castings. Cures in the absence of air on closely fitting metal parts.

Anaerobic adhesives react with metals in the absence of energy. The primary component of these adhesives is acrylate monomer, which chemically interacts with the metal surface under anaerobic conditions. The reaction causes polymerization, leading to adhesive hardening. Anaerobic adhesives are used for bonding, sealing, and gap filling in mechanical components. They are applied in machine repairs, thread locking, sealing of pipe joints, joining of connecting elements, and in industrial equipment constructions.
