EasySteps Solid Non-Slip Mat - module

The EasySteps Solid non-slip mat in the form of a module is a solution designed for intensively used workstations in industry. Made of a durable rubber compound, it provides not only excellent grip but also effective cushioning, reducing fatigue for workers who stand for long periods. The modular construction (base dimension 910 x 910 mm) allows for quick adaptation to workstation size and easy expansion. The product is resistant to oils, greases, and intensive use.

EasySteps Solid modular mats - available variants

Full-surface modular mats available in two versions:​

1. Standard - natural and nitrile rubber blend (25%), good resistance to oils, chemicals

2. Nitrile - nitrile rubber (100%), excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and greases

Properties:  

• Good anti-fatigue properties increase comfort during long periods of standing work.
• Great solution for demanding locations and shift workstations.
• Product resistant to welding sparks and other hot substances - working temperature from -20°C to +160°C.
• Nitrile version has fire resistance according to standard: BS EN 13501-1:2007: Class Bfl-s1.
• Non-slip properties: EN 13552, category R10.
• Optional: beveled edges in yellow or black colors.
• Easy installation, transport, cleaning, and replacement - modules and edges are connected using a built-in snap system.
• Application: dry and wet workstations - high (Standard) or excellent (Nitrile) resistance to water, oils, chemicals, and greases. Intensive use.
