O-Ring Adhesive Glue
Specialized O-ring glue allows you to bond most seals in both technologically advanced machine parks and in household settings.
Using this adhesive, you can create a professional and durable seal – an O-ring, or even a door and window seal.
Cyanacrylate Glue – Glue for Rubber
Cyanacrylate glues (fast-bonding, instant, super glue) are single-component adhesives with varying viscosities, essential for bonding elements (such as rubber O-rings, car seals) made from different materials (glass, plastics, wood). Low-viscosity single-component cyanacrylate glue is mainly used for difficult-to-bond surfaces. It is important to note that the chemical reaction between cyanacrylate and moisture in the air takes only a few seconds. Therefore, it is recommended to use this product on small surfaces.
What are the benefits of cyanacrylate glue?
-
Guarantees quick bonding time
-
High strength on different surfaces
-
Excellent gap-filling ability
-
Resistance to extreme temperatures
-
Resistance to non-polar solvents
-
Practically no whitening or deposits on the bond
-
Transparent and odorless
-
Solvent-free, does not react with the bonded materials
-
Ability to use a cyanacrylate glue activator (primer) for even faster gap filling and curing of the bonded surfaces
Due to its specialized composition, this glue is mainly used for bonding EPDM, NBR, and neoprene cords. Cyanacrylate glue allows for quick bonding of rubber products and ensures their tightness. It is transparent and resistant to high temperatures. Particularly useful for bonding rubber parts, O-ring cords, O-rings.
Additionally, cyanacrylate glue primer aids in bonding difficult materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), Teflon (PTFE), silicone, hard plastics, O-rings.

How to use glue for O-rings and rubber cords?
What do we need?
All you need is:
-
A pair of gloves
-
A cord made from suitable material
-
A specialized adhesive for rubber and O-rings
Step-by-step instructions:
-
Ensure the surface of the prepared O-ring seal is dry and free from dust and grease.
-
Degrease the seal with the appropriate product.
-
Apply the right amount of glue to one end – it is better to apply more than less.
-
Press both ends together at the junction.
-
Depending on the material, wait up to 24 hours to fully utilize the adhesive’s properties.
Bond the two ends of the chosen material to create an O-ring of any diameter (e.g., 20 mm). Test the strength of the offered glue, which works perfectly even with very demanding materials.
Glue for Rubber Seals
O-Ring Rubber Glue – Product available in our store
Rubber is quite a specific material that, depending on the type, can easily oxidize and form a brittle surface, especially under the influence of weather conditions, including sunlight and ozone.
Wire brushes and special scrapers will help you properly prepare the surface for bonding. You can personally create a joint that will resist bending, abrasion, and even weather conditions or contact with mineral and synthetic oils.
To do so, you need to use the appropriate adhesive. Feel free to contact our experts. We will advise you on choosing the right adhesive, ensuring even seemingly difficult-to-bond surfaces are properly treated for joining.
High-temperature RTV Glue
Suitable for silicone cords. These are dedicated to high temperatures, such as silicone O-rings, which can withstand up to 300°C.
O-Ring Bonding Kit
To meet your expectations, we create professional O-ring bonding kits. They allow repairs of rubber products. The offered products come with a well-described instruction manual, allowing for the correct selection of the product’s proportions.
Additionally, the kit includes mixers that help achieve an even mixture of substances. Due to the variety of materials, the description indicates which materials the glue will work on. Feel free to contact us – we rely on the knowledge of our rubber specialists. We will provide all the details regarding the product. By following the instructions, you can check the curing time of the glue and its strength, allowing you to choose a product suitable for a specific application.
