What is a ramp?

Are you wondering what the manufacturer wants to tell you by writing this article? A ramp is an island threshold fastened with pins, inclined at an appropriate angle allowing safe ascent or descent for people with disabilities, e.g.: from stairs, onto a curb. This ramp increases the grip of wheelchairs on the surface. These thresholds are equipped with a metal plate on the underside which additionally increases their durability and stability. This product, also thanks to its weight, makes theft attempts more difficult. The ramps meet the requirements prevailing in Western Europe.

What are the possibilities of the ramps?

These ramps are made of vulcanized rubber and additionally have an anti-slip surface, which makes any accident impossible. Because these thresholds are sold in the form of sloped rectangles, it is possible to arrange them in such a way as to drive on them from the side as well. Reflective elements help spot them in the dark even from long distances, which helps draw drivers' attention when driving at night.
