Offer of rubber compounds: EPDM, NBR, FKM, FFKM and others

In our offer there are seals made of various rubber compounds. This allows production of rubber products appropriate for particular conditions. Ring based on NBR rubber is an o-ring which, due to its low price, occurs most often. Thanks to properties such as: resistance to greases, fats, oils (mineral, hydraulic), water - they are widely used in the medical, pneumatic, and food industries.

Viton® o-rings are a high-quality material dedicated to long-term sealing. It enables savings by reducing the number of replacements of these seals in the technological process. Compatible in contact with oils, fuels. Used in the automotive, chemical, cosmetic, and mining industries.

EPDM o-rings are mainly dedicated to contact with water, both fresh and sea. Commonly used in air conditioning systems. Resistant to ozone and UV radiation.

Silicone Seals are used in work environments with a higher temperature range, around 200°C. The o-ring itself can withstand temperatures reaching even up to 280°C. It has FDA certification, therefore it can be used for contact with food and drinking water.

O-rings are often found in pumps, cylinders, fittings, valves. They are used with static, dynamic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. They can also be found in household appliances (e.g. coffee machines with filters, washing machines).

What do we use lower hardness compounds for?

This type of rubber seal can be used under all kinds of flaps and closures. They fill a hole or existing gap much more precisely. For this purpose we recommend using EPDM o-rings, which will allow much longer operation in atmospheric conditions than e.g. NBR o-rings - typical for contact with oils. They also serve as a kind of protection - a broken o-ring can be a clear signal of exceeding the settings of our machines and devices.
