Where to Buy Rubber Cord?
What to do when you need an O-ring type seal but you don’t have one? What can replace such a seal? What to choose for an atypical sealing? Our product comes to the rescue: rubber cord.
What is a rubber cord?
A rubber cord is a rod made of rubber, most often with a circular cross-section. Cords with square and rectangular cross-sections are also available, selected depending on the type of sealing and application requirements.
A feature of such a cord is its full conformity to given shapes, especially irregular ones, and additionally, when joined with adhesive, it can become a fully functional rubber O-ring. Rubber cords are most often chosen as a substitute for large O-rings, where high pressure does not occur or pressure does not play such a significant role in the given use.
