AF-SUPERSOFT Plate

Series: GAMBIT AF Special

Flexible and elastic gasket sheet, developed for the regeneration of worn, uneven, and damaged flanges and connections. It is the optimal solution in cases where the uniform distribution of mounting stresses on the gasket contact surface with the flange is difficult, ensuring effective sealing even in demanding operating conditions.

The GAMBIT AF Special series includes high-performance gasket sheets designed to work in extreme conditions, such as very high or low pressures and temperatures and contact with aggressive media. Each model in this series has been precisely tailored to specific applications such as steam installations, acidic environments, and work in extreme temperatures and pressures, ensuring maximum resistance, durability, and reliability in demanding industrial applications.

Material and Composition

The gasket plate AF-SUPERSOFT is made of KEVLAR® aramid fibers, mineral fibers, and fillers bonded with NBR rubber adhesive, providing high elasticity and excellent sealing properties.
