KLINGER® GRAPHITE LAMINATE PDM

KLINGER® GRAPHITE LAMINATE PDM is an advanced sealing material made of expanded graphite with enhanced density. The product does not contain adhesive, resins, or impregnating agents, making it completely free from organic substances and toxic risks.

KLINGER® GRAPHITE LAMINATE PDM consists of a uniform graphite structure with two perforated stainless steel inserts of 0.1 mm thickness integrated. This solution ensures a durable, mechanical bond between graphite and metal, maintaining physical properties consistently across the temperature range.

With high chemical resistance and stability up to 450°C, KLINGER® GRAPHITE LAMINATE PDM is ideal for installations exposed to high pressures, hot water, and steam.

The product is available in standard sheet dimensions:

• 1000 x 1000 mm
• 1500 x 1500 mm
• 2000 x 1000 mm

and in thicknesses:

• 1.0 mm
• 1.5 mm
• 2.0 mm
• 3.0 mm

Dimensions are precisely controlled with tolerances:

• Thickness ±5%
• Length and width ±4 mm

Additional sizes, thicknesses, and tolerances are available upon request, allowing for perfect customization to specific industrial application requirements.
