Polonit® FA-150 1500x1500
NBR gasket sheet is a high-quality sealing material composed of cellulose and aramid fibers, along with heat-resistant fillers bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). Thanks to this composition, the sheet exhibits exceptional resistance to fuels, oils, cold and hot water, steam, neutral salt solutions, and non-aggressive gases.
The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating in demanding conditions. The maximum working pressure is 4 MPa, with a momentary temperature reaching 180°C. In continuous operation, the sheet withstands a temperature of 140°C, whereas for steam - 120°C. In case of simultaneous high temperature and pressure, it is recommended to maintain maximum values of 2.0 MPa and 120°C.
The product holds a PZH certificate confirming its safety for contact with drinking water, making it a suitable solution for water supply installations and applications in the food industry.
Available dimensions and thicknesses
The sheet is offered in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with precise dimensional tolerances.
Standard formats include 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm,
Custom formats can be ordered, such as: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, or 2000 x 3000 mm.
Due to its durability, resistance to chemical substances, and wide range of applications, the NBR gasket sheet is suitable for use in petrochemical, chemical, energy, hydraulic, and water supply systems.
