Polonit®  FA-202 1000x1500

NBR sealing sheet is a high-quality composite made of aramid fibers and other fibrous materials, combined with thermally resistant fillers and nitrile rubber (NBR). Thanks to its advanced structure, it provides excellent resistance to cold and hot water, water vapor, petrochemical products, weak acids and bases, as well as neutral gases.

The product is designed for cutting gaskets operating in environments requiring high tightness and pressure resistance. The sheet withstands a maximum pressure of 4 MPa and a temporary temperature of up to 200°C. In continuous working conditions, it maintains its properties up to 150°C, and in the case of working with water vapor - up to 120°C. When high temperatures and pressures occur simultaneously, it is recommended to stay within the maximum values of 3.0 MPa and 150°C.

Certifications and compliance with standards

The sheet is certified by PZH, confirming its safety in contact with drinking water, making it a suitable choice for water installations. Additionally, it has obtained UDT authorization (no. M-14-01-/1-04), which attests to its quality and suitability for use in pressurized systems.

Available dimensions and thicknesses

The sheet is offered in standard thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with precise dimensional tolerances.

Standard sheet formats are 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm.

Larger formats are also available on request: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and 2000 x 3000 mm.

NBR sealing sheet finds wide application in various industries, including the petrochemical, chemical, energy, and water and sewage industries. It is used for producing gaskets in water, steam, petrochemical installations, and systems requiring resistance to chemicals and pressure.
