Polonit® FA-202 1500x1500
NBR gasket sheet is an advanced composite material, made from aramid fibers, other synthetic fibers, and thermally resistant fillers bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). Due to its properties, it works perfectly in environments requiring resistance to cold and hot water, water vapor, petrochemical products, weak acids, alkalis, and neutral gases.
The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating under high pressure and temperature conditions. The maximum pressure is 4 MPa, and the momentary temperature reaches 200°C. In continuous working conditions, the sheet withstands 150°C, and for water vapor - 120°C. In situations with simultaneous high temperature and pressure, it is recommended to stay below 3.0 MPa and 150°C.
Certifications and compliance with standards
The sheet is certified by PZH, confirming its safety for contact with drinking water, and also has approvals from UDT (nr M-14-01-/1-04), proving its suitability for use in pressure systems and industrial installations.
Available dimensions and thicknesses
The product is available in a wide range of thicknesses, from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with tolerances adjusted to technical specifications. S
tandard sheet formats are 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm,
while non-standard formats are available on request: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and 2000 x 3000 mm.
