Polonit® FA-Carbo-1000 1000x1500
The gasket sheet is a high-quality composite made of aramid fibers, thermally resistant mineral fibers, and special fillers, all bonded with NBR rubber. Additional reinforcement in the form of a steel mesh increases its mechanical resistance, ensuring excellent durability in demanding working conditions.
Application
The sheet is designed for the production of gaskets operating in environments such as:
- high-pressure steam,
- water, including drinking water,
- gases,
- alkalis,
- hydrocarbons.
Technical Parameters
- Maximum Pressure: 12 MPa
- Maximum Short-Term Temperature: 400°C
- Operating Temperature with Steam: 250°C
- In case of simultaneous high pressure and temperature - maximum 6 MPa and 250°C
