Polonit® FA-Carbo-1000 1500x1500
A gasket sheet is a specialized material made of aramid fibers, thermally resistant mineral fibers, and fillers bonded with NBR rubber. Reinforcement with a steel mesh provides increased durability and mechanical resistance, making the sheet an ideal solution for applications requiring high strength in challenging operating conditions.
Application
The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating in environments:
- high-pressure steam,
- water, including drinking water,
- gases,
- alkalis,
- hydrocarbons.
Technical Parameters
- Maximum pressure: 12 MPa
- Maximum temporary temperature: 400°C
- Operating temperature with steam: 250°C
- Simultaneous occurrence of pressure and high temperature - up to 6 MPa and 250°C
