Polonit® FA-Carbo 1000x1500
The gasket sheet is a composite material consisting of high-strength carbon fibers, thermally resistant mineral fibers, and fillers, all bonded with NBR rubber. Thanks to this specialized structure, the sheet exhibits exceptional resistance to high temperatures, pressures, and chemical substances.
Application
The sheet is designed for the production of gaskets operating in demanding conditions, especially in environments such as:
- high-pressure steam,
- water, including drinking water,
- gases,
- alkalis,
- hydrocarbons.
Technical Parameters
- Maximum Pressure: 8 MPa
- Maximum Temporary Temperature: 400°C
- Operating Temperature with Steam: 250°C
- In case of simultaneous high pressure and temperature - up to 4 MPa and 250°C
