Polonit® FA-Carbo 1500x1500
The gasket sheet is a composite consisting of carbon fibers, thermally resistant mineral fibers, and fillers bonded with NBR rubber. As a result, the material is characterized by high resistance to extreme working conditions, including high temperature, pressure, and chemical agents.
Application
The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets used in installations operating in environments such as:
- high-pressure steam,
- water, including drinking water,
- gases,
- alkalis,
- hydrocarbons.
Technical Parameters
- Maximum pressure: 8 MPa
- Maximum temporary temperature: 400°C
- Operating temperature with steam: 250°C
- Under simultaneous pressure and high temperature - up to 4 MPa and 250°C

- Classification according to DIN 28091-2: FA-CM1-O
