Polonit®  FA-O-1000 1000x1500

A gasket sheet is a high-quality composite consisting of:

• aramid fibers,
• thermally resistant mineral fibers,
• special fillers bonded with NBR rubber.

Additional reinforcement in the form of a steel mesh increases its mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures and pressures.

According to DIN 28091-2 classification, the sheet meets the FA-AM1-St standard, confirming its high quality and versatility of use. It is designed for cutting gaskets operating in environments such as:

• oils,
• gasoline, diesel fuel, and other petrochemical products,
• alcohols,
• water vapor and water, including seawater.

Technical parameters:

• Maximum pressure: 12 MPa
• Maximum short-term temperature: 350°C
• Continuous operating temperature: 250°C
• Operating temperature with water vapor: 200°C
• In case of simultaneous high pressure and temperature - up to 6 MPa and 250°C

Product certificates:

• PZH - approved for contact with food and drinking water,
• UDT - authorization No. M-14-01-/1-04.
