Polonit®  FA-O 1000x1500

NBR gasket sheet is a high-quality composite material consisting of aramid fibers, minerals, and thermally resistant fillers, bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). Due to its unique structure, this material is characterized by exceptional resistance to oils, gasoline, diesel, alcohols, water (including seawater), and water vapor, making it indispensable in demanding industrial applications.

The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating under high temperature and pressure conditions. It can be used in an environment with a maximum pressure of 11 MPa, with a temperature resistance up to 350°C in a momentary mode. During continuous operation, the sheet maintains its properties up to 250°C, and when in contact with water vapor up to 200°C. In cases of simultaneous exposure to high temperatures and pressures, it is recommended to stay within the maximum values of 4.0 MPa and 250°C.

Certificates and compliance with standards

The sheet holds certificates PZH, confirming its safety in contact with food and drinking water, as well as UDT (M-14-01-/1-04), allowing for its use in pressure installations.

Available formats and thicknesses

The product is available in standard thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with precise dimensional tolerances.

Standard sheets have dimensions of 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm,

and upon request, formats such as: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and 2000 x 3000 mm are also available.

With its properties, the sheet ensures long-lasting sealing and resistance to external factors, guaranteeing safety and reliability even in the most demanding conditions.
