Polonit®  FA-O 1500x1500

NBR gasket sheet is a durable sealing material made of aramid fibers, minerals, and heat-resistant fillers bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). Thanks to the unique combination of ingredients, the sheet provides excellent resistance to oils, fuel, gasoline, alcohols, steam, and water - including seawater. Its high temperature and pressure resistance make it suitable for installations requiring durability and reliable sealing.

The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating in extreme environments. It withstands a maximum pressure of 11 MPa, with a temperature resistance reaching 350°C under momentary loads. In continuous operation, the material retains its properties up to 250°C, and when in contact with steam - up to 200°C. For conditions of simultaneous high pressure and temperature, the recommended maximum parameters are 4.0 MPa and 250°C.

Certificates and Quality

The sheet holds certificates PZH confirming its safety for contact with food and drinking water. Additionally, the UDT (M-14-01-/1-04) authorizations enable its use in pressure installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Available Dimensions and Thicknesses

We offer sheets in standard thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with allowable dimensional tolerances.

Standard formats include 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm,

while larger formats are also available on request: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and 2000 x 3000 mm.
