  • 1400x5000 mm or 1400x10000 mm

  • 1500x5000 mm or 1500x10000 mm

This enables the cutting of large rubber components and technical sheets.

Do you cut rubber sheets with adhesive or a self-adhesive layer?

Yes, we perform precise cutting of rubber sheets with an adhesive or self-adhesive layer. To ensure dimensional accuracy and edge repeatability, the adhesive must be mechanically and thermally stable—it must not stretch, deform, or melt during processing.

What file is required for a quote for CNC cutting of rubber sheets?

To prepare a quote, it is best to submit a file in DXF or DWG format containing the contours and dimensions of the elements to be cut. By using vector files, we can prepare an accurate offer and optimize the CNC cutting process, ensuring precision and repeatability of the finished components. Graphic files or photos can only be used for an indicative quotation.
