What types of rubber do you cut with a CNC plotter?

At Power Rubber, we cut various rubber materials, including:

What is the maximum sheet size?

Our CNC table has dimensions of 2700x1300 mm, which allows for cutting most components in a single cycle. However, thanks to advanced technology, we can also process larger sheets in custom sizes such as:

  • 1200x5000 or 1200x10000

  • 1400x5000 or 1400x10000

  • 1500x5000 or 1500x10000

This enables the cutting of very large components while maintaining the precision and repeatability typical of CNC.

Do you cut rubber with adhesive?

Yes, our CNC cutting technology allows for the processing of rubber with adhesive or self-adhesive backing, as long as the adhesive layer is mechanically and thermally stable. In the case of unusual adhesives or new materials, we recommend sending a sample for testing to ensure the highest quality of the cut components.

What file is needed for the quote?

To prepare a quote, we need files preferably in DXF or DWG formats. The files should contain exact dimensions, contours, and shapes of the components to be cut. This allows us to quickly prepare an offer and optimize the CNC cutting process for various materials such as NBR, EPDM, SBR, Viton® and others. A graphic file or photo can be used for an approximate quote.
