EPDM O rings
Water orings made of EPDM rubber mix
Orings are this sealing element that must meet many, often difficult challenges. After all, thanks to them, we can count on the fact that the technical performance of our machine will allow us to operate efficiently. That's why Power Rubber has prepared a wide range of EPDM orings. Their high quality is the result of the work of specialized staff and innovative devices. We invite you to familiarize yourself with our assortment.
EPDM Orings Orings, which are in this category, are made of Ethylene propylene diene monomer (rubber]). This type of material is distinguished by the ability to reverse deformity. This is due to a flexible structure that allows orings obtained from EPDM to show a high tolerance to all kinds of strain, friction or bends. High quality EPDM Orings Presented oringi is a high quality product. Due to careful production, it is resistant to many factors, among them alcohol and its some derivatives, esters, ketones, for acids: formic, acetic, hydrochloric, as well as harmful UV radiation

EPDM rubber compound
EPDM seals manufacturer
The manufacturer Power Rubber presents EPDM O-rings in their online store. These are seals made of a material called ethylene-propylene-diene rubber. This material is characterized by high elasticity. Thanks to its plasticity, EPDM O-rings are resistant to deformations, distortions, bends, or material wear due to friction. O-rings made of this rubber compound have good resistance to atmospheric conditions, hot water, and steam. They exhibit resistance to the action of chemical compounds, organic and inorganic acids - but in low concentrations, bases, ketones, ozone, alcohols, and glycol-based fluids (e.g. DOT3, DOT4, DOT5 brake fluids). EPDM seals are also not affected by flame-retardant hydraulic fluids such as HSC, HSD.
Application of EPDM O-rings
EPDM o-rings should be avoided for use with petroleum-based products such as oils, greases, fuels, organic solvents, as well as concentrated acids, aromatic, aliphatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. This type of sealing is commonly used in the automotive industry. Due to their temperature resistance up to +150°C and excellent resistance to the above-mentioned factors, they are ideal for brake systems or air conditioning systems.
EPDM sealing ring
Sealing rings made of an EPDM mixture are most commonly used for air conditioning systems, or places intended for permanent contact with atmospheric conditions. Examples of such places include seals operating in water, or those that have continuous contact with UV radiation.
