The DT3 type sealing ring is a specialized fabric-rubber seal designed to work in the most demanding hydraulic conditions. The product has been developed for sealing pistons and plungers in systems operating under high pressure - up to 32 MPa, such as hydraulic press cylinders, agricultural machinery, and other industrial equipment subjected to intense mechanical loads and contact with aggressive media.

Construction and material:

The DT3 ring is constructed with technical cotton fabric that has been coated with NBR nitrile rubber-based rubber. Due to the properly selected elastomeric compound with a hardness of 88° ShA (±5), the product is characterized by high resistance to mechanical wear, high pressure, and contact with industrial media.

Chemical resistance:

The DT3 ring demonstrates excellent resistance to:

• Aliphatic hydrocarbons

• Non-flammable HFA and HFB hydraulic fluids

• Water (up to +60°C)

• Diluted acid and alkali solutions

Application:

The DT3 type seal is primarily used in:

• Hydraulic cylinders in industrial presses

• Agricultural machinery subject to intense use

• Hydraulic systems requiring stable and long-lasting operation under high pressure

Thanks to the use of a rubber-fabric composite, the DT3 ring combines flexibility with high mechanical strength, making it an excellent solution for applications requiring reliability, durability, and resistance to aggressive work environments. Upon request, seals can be made from specialized mixtures tailored to non-standard conditions.
