PowerFloor Modular System (PVC) – rigid PVC tiles for garages and workshops

PowerFloor PVC tiles are a system of modular click-lock tiles designed for garages, workshops, tool rooms, car detailing studios, as well as home gyms located in garages. They combine high resistance to damage (impacts, abrasion, permanent deformation), resistance to point loads, fast adhesive-free installation, and thermal insulation.

Resistance to point loads (jack)

PowerFloor click-lock tiles are made of rigid PVC with high Shore D hardness, providing resistance to point loads. The product is resistant to impacts and abrasion and does not undergo permanent deformation under the load of garage or workshop equipment. This ensures resistance to jacks, trolley jacks, forklifts, and workshop stands.

Adhesive-free installation – puzzle system

PowerFloor PVC tiles are connected using a puzzle-type click-lock system. Each tile has specially designed edges that are precisely profiled – one side features tabs, while the other has corresponding grooves that lock under pressure. The tiles interlock firmly with each other.

The puzzle system is an installation solution that increases floor stability. Rigid PVC tiles do not shift under the weight of vehicles or workshop equipment. They form a uniform floor resistant to deformation.

Installation of the click-lock tiles does not require adhesive. The modular system allows for replacement of a single element if needed, without dismantling the entire floor. It also enables easy layout changes or expansion. The system can be supplemented with gentle edge ramps that eliminate height differences between the floor and the concrete slab, allowing smooth entry of cars, motorcycles, or tool carts.

Warm garage floor – thermal insulation

The PowerFloor PVC modular system effectively limits the transfer of cold from the concrete slab. Effective insulation from cold concrete reduces heat loss and improves working comfort in garages, motorcycle storage areas, or car inspection pits. This is particularly important in unheated rooms, especially during the autumn and winter season. It is worth noting that PVC insulates against cold concrete better than epoxy resin. Installation of PowerFloor PVC tiles helps maintain stable conditions in spaces such as car garages, car detailing studios, or home gyms located in garages.

Resistance to oils, greases, and operating fluids

PowerFloor PVC tiles exhibit good resistance to workshop chemicals, including oils, greases, and typical operating fluids, ensuring that the material does not degrade, discolor, or lose its mechanical properties. Chemical resistance increases the service life of the floor and reduces the need for costly repairs or replacement.

Easy cleaning and maintenance

The surface of PowerFloor click-lock tiles is resistant to the absorption of contaminants, effectively limiting the penetration of dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants into the material structure. The floor can be cleaned using a standard cleaning agent diluted with water in appropriate proportions, using a mop or an automatic cleaning machine with a suitable brush, without the risk of surface degradation.

Drive-over ramps for easier access to car garages

The PowerFloor PVC modular system can be supplemented with special edge elements available in various shapes, sizes, and colors. Gentle ramps for PVC puzzle tiles provide functional finishing, ensuring a smooth transition between the floor level and the concrete slab. The ergonomic shape eliminates sharp edges, reducing the risk of tripping. Ramps also allow smooth access for cars, motorcycles, tool carts, and transport equipment. They are installed using the same puzzle-type click-lock system, ensuring consistency across the entire floor.

Color combinations and space organization

The puzzle system allows tiles in different colors to be combined, enabling the creation of traffic routes, corridors, vehicle guidance lanes, and the designation of work zones or parking areas. This solution is used both in motorcycle garages and in professional car detailing studios and workshops, where proper workspace organization is essential. It also enhances user safety.

Rubber Flooring in Rolls (SBR/NBR)

Rubber flooring in rolls has been designed as a floor covering for car garages, workshops, and tool rooms. It is a flooring solution that combines resistance to intensive use with the possibility of creating a seamless floor resistant to oils and greases. Depending on the working environment, SBR rubber compounds (general purpose) and NBR rubber compounds (oil-resistant) are used.

Seamless sealing

Metro and Ribbed rubber flooring in rolls creates a continuous, uniform, and sealed surface similar to a screed, while retaining the elasticity of rubber. The floor has no joints, preventing dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants from penetrating underneath the flooring. This protects the concrete subfloor from degradation and facilitates easy cleaning in motorcycle garages or vehicle inspection pits.

Acoustic insulation

Metro and Ribbed mats are made of elastic rubber with Shore A hardness, providing cushioning, vibration damping, and acoustic insulation. This type of rubber flooring in rolls reduces vibrations and noise generated by vehicle movement or by workshop tools impacting the floor. The continuous ribbed rubber surface provides effective sound insulation in motorcycle garages, workshops, vehicle inspection pits, as well as home gyms located in garage spaces.

Adhesive installation to the substrate

Rubber flooring in rolls ensures full floor continuity and a seamless sealing effect similar to a poured screed. Adhesive bonding to the substrate provides tight insulation, limiting the penetration of dirt and operating fluids under the flooring. It also protects the substrate against point deformation caused by the weight of vehicles, lifts, tools, or workshop stands, preventing permanent floor deformation. Metro or Ribbed rubber flooring in rolls is suitable for installation in areas with medium pedestrian traffic and light vehicle loads.

Resistance to workshop chemicals

Depending on the selected rubber compound, rubber flooring in rolls is resistant to workshop chemicals, including oils, greases, and operating fluids used in garages, workshops, and vehicle inspection pits. The product does not deform, discolor, or degrade when exposed to petroleum-based substances. It maintains durability, cushioning properties, and anti-slip performance.
