Rubber sheet with one or two inserts is widely used in industry, construction, and transportation. The combination of high-quality rubber with gradually added textile inserts throughout the material thickness combines elasticity with increased mechanical resistance. As a result, the product effectively absorbs vibrations, reduces noise, and evenly distributes loads, prolonging the lifespan of machines and structures. It is used in anti-vibration systems as an insulating layer under industrial equipment, in buildings, or vehicles. Key selection parameters include hardness (Shore scale), sheet thickness, chemical, and thermal resistance. These sheets ensure safety, work comfort, and reduced operating costs, providing an efficient engineering solution.

SBR rubber compound is designed to work within the following temperature range: SBR temperature range: -30°C to +70°C. The application of sheets made from this rubber compound is really wide, which is why it is used in a wide range of industries. We can find this rubber compound in the road, manufacturing, and every workshop industry. Due to its composition, SBR rubber is a cheap rubber. It comes in versions with inserts and without inserts. The version with inserts is often called canvas-reinforced rubber. It is worth adding that it is not resistant to contact with oils, greases, or fuels such as oil and gasoline.

NBR rubber is a rubber compound designed to work in the following temperature range: NBR temperature range: -30°C to +100°C. Commonly known as universal oil-resistant rubber. Compared to SBR compound, it has a wider temperature resistance range, but primarily shows basic resistance to contact with greases, oils, solvents in a short time. Most of the rubber compounds found in car workshops are made from NBR compound. We can add that we often cut gaskets for our Customers from this compound. Later, the cut gaskets can be found in the following places: machines, cranes, trucks, agricultural machinery, and even lifting systems. They also come in a variant with fabric inserts.

EPDM rubber is a rubber compound designed to work within the following temperature range: EPDM temperature range: -30°C to +100°C. EPDM compound is dedicated to contact with water, UV radiation, or resistance to weather conditions. It does not show resistance to oils, greases, and fuels, but it is used for systems with constant contact with water.

FKM FPM Viton® rubber compound is designed to work within the following temperature range: FKM FPM Viton® temperature range: -25°C to +210°C. Fluorine plates are a superior version of NBR rubber compound. These are plates and sheets resistant to strong greases, fuels, or oils. They endure much longer in constant contact with these substances. This allows for an extended period between maintenance breaks. An example of application is cut plates for fuel systems.

VMQ Silicone Rubber is a rubber compound designed to operate in the following temperature range: Silicone Temperature Range: -50°C to +210°C. Silicone sheets are used in places where there is a demand for rubber to come into contact with food articles. They are even more commonly found in combination with the requirement of high temperature. In such cases, silicone sheets have FDA certification.
