Kalrez® FFKM rubber sheets offer the highest temperature resistance available among rubber materials. They are also characterized by high chemical resistance, good mechanical properties, and thermal stability in extreme working environments. The material retains its physical and chemical properties even at extremely high or low temperatures. The maximum working temperature is up to +330°C.

Due to their exceptional properties, Kalrez® FFKM rubber sheets are widely used in high-temperature chemical industry, aerospace industry, and mining industry. Rubber sheets made of FFKM are manufactured from a high-performance synthetic rubber known for its mechanical properties, high chemical resistance, and a maximum operating temperature of up to +330°C. Perfluoroelastomer rubber (FFKM) has unique properties, here are the most important ones: - **Excellent Chemical Resistance**: Rubber sheets are resistant to corrosion, strong bases (potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide), organic solvents (aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, esters, ketones), and oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide, ozone, and oxygen. - **Thermal Stability**: The maximum operating temperature of FFKM material reaches up to +330°C. Rubber sheets resistant to high temperatures made of perfluoroelastomer rubber maintain their good mechanical, physical, and chemical properties in extremely high and low temperatures. The material is resistant to thermal aging, retaining its elasticity over time without visible degradation and effectively preventing leaks. This significantly extends the lifespan of devices while reducing their wear and tear. - **High Mechanical Properties**: FFKM rubber sheets and o-rings exhibit good thermal resistance and universal chemical resistance. Additionally, perfluoroelastomer rubber (FFKM) offers high tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance, and elastic deformation resistance. Rubber products made of FFKM are reliable in applications requiring high durability. - **Low Gas Permeability**: What are the advantages of FFKM gaskets and o-rings? The answer is low gas permeability, making it suitable for applications requiring gas tightness, such as in the production of vacuum systems. Perfluoroelastomer is the most chemically resistant. It is known not only for its high chemical resistance and thermal resistance but also for its resistance to water vapor, ozone, and atmospheric conditions.

Standard gaskets

Kalrez® 6375

Rubber sheets have a hardness of 75 ShA. The material is characterized by good chemical resistance. The working temperature range is up to +275°C. The properties of the FFKM material Kalrez® 6375 make it ideal for standard chemical applications.

Kalrez® 7075

Kalrez® 7075 gaskets and O-rings feature low friction and durable dynamic sealing at extreme temperatures up to +327°C. FFKM sheets are recommended for the chemical and oil industry.

Kalrez® 4079

Good thermal resistance, with a working range up to +316°C. Kalrez® 4079 gaskets and O-rings are characterized by good mechanical strength. Due to limited resistance to hot steam and water, it is not recommended to use them in environments where they may come into contact with them.

Specialized gaskets

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6380

Rubber sheets have a hardness of 80 ShA. The material offers resistance to amines and strong oxidizers. The working temperature range extends up to +225°C. The properties of the FFKM material Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6380 make it ideal for aggressive chemical processes.

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7090

Rubber sheets have a hardness of 90 ShA. The material is resistant to extrusion and rapid gas decompression. The working temperature range extends up to +325°C.

Kalrez® 0090

FFKM sheets with a hardness of 90 ShA. They are used in the oil and gas industry. The material has NORSOK M-710 certification. It is resistant to extrusion and RGD (rapid gas decompression). Good thermal resistance up to 250°C.

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 0040

Flexible material with a temperature range from -42°C to +220°C. Designed for use in low temperatures. Good chemical resistance allows for hermetic sealing in extreme conditions.

Kalrez® 1050LF

FFKM Kalrez® 1050LF rubber products are resistant to steam, hot water, and amines up to +288°C. The material is characterized by low deformation. Designed for the production of, among others, O-ring sealing rings.

Other industrial gaskets

Kalrez® 1058

This type is similar to Kalrez® 1050LF. It is characterized by high chemical resistance. The material is designed for operation in extreme temperatures up to +260°C. It is ideal for sealing safety valves and piping installations.

Kalrez® 3018

It is characterized by low swelling resistance in contact with organic and inorganic acids. It offers resistance to steam, water, and extrusion. Universal chemical resistance. Working range up to +220°C.

Kalrez® 2035

Kalrez® 2035 rubber gaskets and O-rings are characterized by universal chemical resistance and low swelling. Continuous working temperature reaches up to +220°C. The material is used in the semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical industry, and applications with aggressive media.

Kalrez® 2037

This type of perfluoroelastomer rubber is characterized by the highest chemical resistance and good mechanical properties. It is a specialized material for hygienic applications (semiconductor/pharma). Working temperature up to +218°C.
