CR foam cord (neoprene) is a high-quality sealing material designed for demanding technical applications where good resistance to weather conditions, oils, ozone, and aging is essential. Made of microporous CR (chloroprene) rubber, it is characterized by flexibility, elasticity, and the ability to return to its original shape after compression, resulting in high sealing effectiveness even on uneven surfaces.

Thanks to its foam structure, CR cord effectively dampens vibrations and noise, while maintaining its functionality over a wide temperature range - typically from -30°C to +100°C. It is commonly used as a damping, sealing, and protective element in automotive, machinery, electronic, and construction industries.

Neoprene cords with cellular structure are used, among others, in the production of industrial equipment housings, doors and inspection hatches, control cabinets, as well as in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Due to their insulation properties and resistance to moisture, they are also used as a protective barrier in external applications.

The product is available in various diameters and hardness levels, and its installation is easy - it can be installed using adhesive, double-sided tape, or mechanical fasteners. CR foam cord is the ideal solution wherever durability, environmental resistance, and precise sealing adaptation to structural elements are important.
