Sealing washer type P
The sealing washer type P is a reliable solution mainly used in threaded connections, ensuring tightness in both static and dynamic hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It consists of a metal washer and a vulcanized elastomeric insert, allowing for effective sealing under variable pressures and temperatures. It is characterized by easy installation and high resistance to technical fluids.
P-type sealing washers
The sealing washer type P is a specialized sealing element designed for use in hydraulics and pneumatics, especially in static connections and screw joints. It consists of a stainless steel ring made of 1.4310 stainless steel and an integrated sealing lip made of nitrile rubber (NBR) with a hardness of 88° ShA.
This element is characterized by excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases, gas fuels, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and diluted solutions of acids and bases. It performs well in operating conditions ranging from -30°C to +100°C, with simultaneous resistance to water up to 60°C and non-flammable hydraulic fluids such as HFA, HFB, and HFC.
Thanks to its design, the P-type ring ensures durable and reliable sealing, eliminating the risk of leaks even in demanding operating conditions. Its versatility, ease of installation, and resistance to technical fluids make it widely used in drive systems, control systems, and industrial installations where reliability and tightness of connections are crucial.
