Plate vibration isolator
This specially designed device is used to reduce vibrations transmitted by machine structural elements and foundations, as well as to reduce the annoying noise generated by equipment. It also allows for precise leveling of the machine or equipment on uneven surfaces.
Its characteristic shape - resembling a flattened plate - enables effective dissipation of vibration energy in the horizontal and vertical planes, while ensuring structural stability. The use of technical elastomers, such as SBR or NBR, guarantees resistance to oils, greases, variable temperatures, and dynamic loads.
Plate vibration isolators are primarily used in industrial equipment exposed to high-amplitude vibrations, such as power generators, hydraulic presses, construction machinery, HVAC systems, and technological transport systems. Their design allows for effective vibration absorption, protecting machine structures from material fatigue and reducing noise emissions to the environment.
