Polonit® FA-150 1000x1500
NBR gasket sheet is a high-quality composite made of cellulose and aramid fibers, along with heat-resistant fillers, bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). It boasts excellent resistance to fuels, oils, cold and hot water, steam, neutral salt solutions, and non-aggressive gases.
Due to its structure, the sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating under a maximum pressure of 4 MPa and at a temporary temperature of up to 180°C. Its continuous working temperature resistance is 140°C, and for steam - 120°C. When exposed to high temperatures and pressures simultaneously, it is recommended not to exceed 2.0 MPa and 120°C.
The product is certified by PZH, confirming its safety for contact with drinking water, allowing for its use in water installations.
Available dimensions and thicknesses
The sheet is offered in standard thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with dimensional tolerance adjusted to technical specifications.
Available standard formats are 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm.
Custom formats can be ordered, such as: 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, or 2000 x 3000 mm.
