A silicone membrane is a flexible technical component made of high-quality silicone rubber (VMQ), designed for operation in systems requiring a precise, durable and deformation-resistant barrier. It ensures tight separation of media and controlled pressure transfer in pumps, valves, regulators and dosing equipment. A silicone membrane is distinguished by mechanical stability and resistance to high temperatures, ozone, moisture and many chemical substances, which makes it suitable for industrial and process applications with increased requirements. It is used, among others, in vacuum presses, laminating systems and installations where repeatability of operation and long-term tightness are crucial.
