Solid rubber cords

Solid rubber cords are sealing elements made of solid rubber without a porous structure. They are characterized by high resistance to abrasion, deformation, weather conditions, and chemicals. What are solid rubber cords made of?

EPDM
EPDM rubber cord is resistant to compression and degradation in atmospheric conditions. UV and ozone resistance ensure long-term sealing performance. EPDM cord is resistant to steam, hot water, silicone oils and greases, cleaning agents, alcohols, ketones.

FKM
FKM Viton rubber cords are highly durable and resistant to extreme temperatures. They have low deformation under pressure, ensuring maximum tightness. Resistant to oils, greases, aromatic hydrocarbons, acids, and bases.
FKM Viton rubber cord has low gas permeability, is resistant to aging and ozone.
Silicone FDA
FDA silicone cord is safe for applications in contact with food and drinking water. It can be used in sanitary installations, food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. It is odorless and physiologically neutral. It can undergo multiple sterilizations, does not contain plasticizers, and has a low toxicity index.
Silicone cords are highly durable and thermally stable in temperatures from -40°C to +200°C.
