EPDM Rectangular Foam Cord

NBR
NBR rubber cord is suitable for industrial, aviation, and electrical applications. It is resistant to mineral and vegetable oils, some diluted acids, and bases. Square NBR rubber cord has good mechanical properties and low deformation under pressure. NBR rubber cord is resistant to abrasion and thermal aging.
EPDM
EPDM rubber cord has a closed-cell structure that provides airtight and watertight sealing. Foam EPDM square and rectangular rubber cord is resistant to high temperatures and does not degrade under UV radiation and ozone exposure. It is resistant to compression, aging, and provides good acoustic insulation. Fire-resistant.

FKM FPM Viton®
FKM/FPM/Viton rubber cord does not degrade at high temperatures. It has very good mechanical properties and low compression set. Durable and long-lasting, it provides lasting performance. FKM FPM Viton rubber cord ensures a solid seal for gases, corrosive chemicals, and hot engine oils. It is flexible, abrasion-resistant, and resistant to environmental conditions, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
Silicone (VMQ/MVQ)
VMQ MVQ rubber cord has very good sealing properties due to its closed-cell structure. Chemically and thermally stable, it does not crack, dry out in the sun, or degrade due to UV radiation and ozone exposure. It does not allow water and other liquids to pass between sealed surfaces due to its hydrosealing properties. It has good electrical insulation properties.
FDA-approved silicone rubber cord can come in contact with food and drinking water. It is used in the food, pharmaceutical, and medical industries.
CR
CR rubber cord is resistant to aging in atmospheric conditions. It does not degrade due to UV radiation and ozone exposure. Square CR rubber cord has low flammability and is resistant to cracking under repeated bending. CR rubber is mechanically durable and does not deform under weight.
