Cylindrical Roller Type A Vibration Isolator
This is one of the most commonly used components for damping vibrations in the industry. Its universal, cylindrical construction and high damping efficiency make it widely used in devices and machines exposed to dynamic loads. It consists of a cylindrical elastomeric block connected on both sides to metal plates with built-in threaded pins (usually galvanized or stainless steel), allowing for stable and quick installation in various positions.
Thanks to its ability to damp vibrations in the axial and radial directions, type A is perfect for compact designs - especially where space saving is essential. It is commonly used in fans, power generators, pumps, compressors, HVAC equipment, mounting tables, and many other industrial machines.
An additional advantage is its resistance to high-frequency vibrations, significantly extending the lifespan of machines and improving operators' comfort by reducing noise and vibrations. Proper application of type A cylindrical vibration isolators also eliminates the risk of loosening of screw connections and reduces the wear of bearing elements.
