Vibration Isolator Type O
This is a specialized damping element made of high-quality elastomer that is used for effective vibration isolation in industrial and mechanical applications. Its design is based on a cylindrical rubber body equipped with two external threaded sleeves that allow for quick and durable installation. The axial mounting system ensures optimal load transfer while maintaining high damping properties.
The Type O vibration isolator is used wherever there is a need to eliminate vibrations and noise while maintaining a compact size and high durability. It is used in engines, compressors, power generators, air conditioners, HVAC systems, fans, pumps, as well as in packaging machines and industrial automation systems. Due to its symmetrical construction and simple mounting system along the device's axis, it allows for quick implementation in many design projects.
The rubber core of the vibration isolator is available in various hardness options (typically from 40 to 70°ShA), allowing for adaptation to dynamic loads and the mass of the installed equipment. Type O vibration isolators effectively damp vibrations in both vertical and horizontal directions, limiting the transmission of vibrations to the support structure and preventing their accumulation within the installation.
The material used in the production of the vibration isolator (SBR, NBR, or other blend) exhibits high resistance to industrial lubricants, oils, and atmospheric conditions, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor work environments. The compact size and resistance to deformations make Type O exceptionally durable and effective for long-term use.
