U1 type sealing ring

The U1 type sealing ring is a high-quality lip seal designed for use in hydraulic systems, particularly for sealing pistons and cylinders in hydraulic actuators. Made of durable elastomer, most commonly NBR rubber, it provides resistance to mineral oils, greases, and hydraulic fluids. Thanks to a properly profiled sealing lip, it ensures tightness at pressures up to 16 MPa and operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C.

U1 type U-shaped sealing ring

The U1 type sealing ring is designed for reciprocating motion in hydraulic systems, especially at pressures up to 16 MPa. It is used to seal both pistons and cylinders in hydraulic systems. To increase resistance to deformations under high-pressure conditions, it is recommended to install it in conjunction with a U3 type support ring.

The U1 seal is produced from high-quality elastomers such as nitrile rubber (NBR) or silicone (VMQ). The NBR version with a hardness of 70 or 88 ShA exhibits good resistance to mineral oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids HFA, HFB, HFC, and water up to 60°C. On the other hand, the silicone VMQ variant with a hardness of 80 ShA is designed to operate in a wider temperature range - from -50°C to +200°C - and shows resistance to alcohols, salt solutions, and oils.

The U1 ring is used in construction, industrial, agricultural, and mobile machinery, wherever reliable sealing is required during dynamic system operation. Thanks to its optimal profile and carefully selected material, it provides an effective barrier for the working medium and ensures a long service life even in demanding operating conditions.
