Sealing ring type U2
The sealing ring type U2 is a component designed to seal the reciprocating movement in hydraulic cylinders. Made of elastomers with high resistance to wear and pressures up to 25 MPa, it performs well in both pistons and plungers. The U2 profile ensures effective sealing and operational stability under dynamic conditions. Recommended for use in construction, agricultural, and industrial machinery where durability and reliability of the hydraulic system are essential.
U2 profile sealing ring
The U2 type sealing ring is an advanced sealing component designed for hydraulic systems exposed to intensive dynamic conditions. It is used to seal pistons and plungers performing reciprocating motion under pressures up to 16 MPa. Unlike the U1 type, the U2 ring does not require additional support rings, simplifying installation and reducing costs.
Made of high-quality elastomers such as nitrile rubber (NBR) or polyurethane (AU, EU), it provides excellent resistance to mineral oils, fuels, water, hydraulic fluids such as HFA, HFB, and HFC, as well as diluted acid and alkali solutions. It is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C (for NBR) and from -40°C to +80°C (for polyurethane), with a maximum sliding speed of 0.5 m/s.
The U2 type ring is a reliable solution for industrial, agricultural, and construction machinery where durability, tightness, and operational stability under challenging operating conditions are required.
