The U6 type sealing ring is a high-performance single-component piston seal designed for use in hydraulic systems with reciprocating motion. It is engineered for applications where maximum tightness, reliability, and resistance to overloads are crucial. It performs exceptionally well under pressures up to 25 MPa and at low sliding speeds (up to 0.3 m/s), ensuring durable and stable sealing even in the most demanding environments.

The ring is made of high-quality polyurethane elastomer (AU/EU or injection-molded UT) with a hardness of 90° ShA, ensuring excellent mechanical resistance and long service life. This material exhibits high resistance to mineral, gear, and fuel oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, as well as hydraulic fluids of HFA and HFB types. The U6 also has high-temperature resistance - it can operate in the range from -40°C to +80°C, maintaining its sealing properties even under significant temperature fluctuations.
