UT type sealing ring
UT type sealing is a durable and reliable element designed for use in hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, especially in applications with reciprocating motion. It is characterized by excellent resistance to wear, high pressure, and variable temperatures. Made of thermoplastic materials or polyurethanes, it ensures precise sealing and long lifespan even in intensively used industrial systems.
Fabric-rubber UT type sealing ring
UT type seals are elements designed for effective sealing of pistons in hydraulic cylinders, especially in applications with a working pressure of up to 16 MPa. Thanks to their construction and materials used, they provide a reliable solution in hydraulic power systems, both in industrial and mobile conditions.
Variants made entirely of nitrile rubber (NBR) with a hardness of 88° ShA are characterized by very good resistance to mineral oils, greases, gas fuels, water (up to 60°C), as well as diluted solutions of acids and bases. They operate stably in temperatures from -30°C to +100°C, with a maximum sliding speed of 0.5 m/s.
In the fabric-rubber version (UTT), technical cotton fabric coated with a rubber compound based on NBR is additionally used, significantly improving mechanical resistance and increasing the sealing's durability in intensively used systems.
UT seals demonstrate high flexibility in installation, good resistance to wear, and stable operation in variable environmental and pressure conditions. They are commonly used in hydraulic systems of construction, agricultural, and industrial machinery, where the reliability and durability of sealing elements are crucial for the system's efficiency.
