V-ring FMP FKM Viton® is a rotary seal made of fluorine rubber (FPM), designed to operate in extreme conditions. It boasts excellent resistance to high temperatures (from -30°C to +200°C), aggressive chemicals, oils, greases, and hydrocarbons. V-ring FPM effectively protects against contaminants such as dust and water, as well as prevents fluid leaks in rotary systems. V-ring FPM is a rotary seal that operates in an axial direction, rotating with the shaft due to the circumferential clamp. The seal consists of three main elements: sealing lip, hinge, and body providing stable placement on the shaft. Made of fluorine rubber (FPM), V-ring FPM is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, oils, and greases, making it an ideal solution for industrial, automotive, and energy applications. It can work in dusty and "dry" conditions.

Features:

Limitations:

• Not resistant to direct sunlight, ozone, UV radiation, and atmospheric conditions.

• Avoid contact with polar solvents, non-flammable hydraulic fluids (HFD or HSD), chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons, glycol-based brake fluids, strong acids, ketones, esters, and aldehydes.

Storage period:
V-ring FPM has a storage period of up to 15 years provided it is stored under appropriate conditions.

Application:
V-ring FPM is an ideal solution for protection against contaminants such as dust, dirt, water, and oils in applications requiring resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals. It works well in conjunction with other seals, providing additional protection, for example, external shaft seal protection (simmering).
