Hydraulic seals

Anything plays an extremely important role in fluid technology hydraulic seals , which are responsible for securing all machine elements so that no liquids can leak. This is of great importance in the automotive, construction and agriculture industries, because that’s what seals for hydraulic cylinders are responsible for the safe use of these machines.

Guide rings for piston rods

The piston is a movable element that moves in the cylinder. The piston guide rings seal the piston against the cylinder. These rings have a direct influence on the function, shape and proper functioning of hydraulic cylinders.

Hydraulic rings for stuffing boxes

Seals used as hydraulic seals of stuffing boxes are exposed to many factors that they must meet. These include, but are not limited to, continuous changes to the surface of the piston rod, in addition to normal wear and abrasion. Subject to really harsh working conditions, hydraulic seals should be carefully selected to ensure safety.

Guide rings

They are characterized by low abrasion, which is important due to their function as metal-metal seals, and self-lubricating, therefore they are ideal as seals for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. These rings do not dry out, stick or clog, so they are ideal for sealing in all kinds of machines.

Scraper rings

They play a very important role in the protection of hydraulic systems, because as rings intended for sealing this system, they are responsible for its protection against all kinds of contamination. It is contamination that is the main cause of accelerated operation and gasket malfunction, as well as cylinder damage. They are equipped with a scraper lip, which ensures cleanliness inside the system,

Static hydraulic seals

They are intended primarily for sealing nodes, in which they fulfill a universal role. For this reason, these seals have a number of applications in really various devices, primarily in drives and control rooms. These are o-rings and x-rings, which are both self-proven when sealing device components, and can be a component of two-element seals.

O – rings

Usually made of NBR rubber, i.e. with increased resistance to oils (including mineral oil), greases and fuels, and with an average hardness of 70 degrees Shore A, resistant to temperature conditions in the range of – 30 to +110 degrees C. They are used for sealing moving and static connections of hydraulic and pneumatic devices.

X – rings / Quad – rings

Also made of NBR rubber, resistant to mineral oils and greases, vegetable and animal oils, non-flammable hydraulic fluids such as HSA, HSB, water up to + 100 ° C, diluted solutions of acids and bases up to + 50 ° C, resistant to temperature conditions work in the range of – 30 to +110 degrees C. They differ from O – rings with an x-shaped cross-section.

GDS / GDS – OR

This type of ring replaces traditional O – rings. Due to the fact that they are made of polyurethane, they can operate in more severe conditions, without the risk of breakage that could occur in the case of replaced gaskets. GDS is recommended in higher pressure working conditions (up to 500 bar), at temperatures from -35 to +110 degrees Celsius. C. Suitable for both static and dynamic seals. The most common applications are cylinders used in presses or forklifts, but also in mobile devices.
