NBR rubber cords

NBR square cord has good mechanical properties. It is characterized by good resistance to deformation and low abrasion even with intensive use. Furthermore, NBR rubber cords are intended for contact with oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, alcohols, etc. They feature a wide temperature range from -30 °C to +120°C.

EPDM cord

We also offer EPDM cords made from the highest quality materials. EPDM square cords show high resistance to adverse weather conditions, ozone and UV radiation. Thanks to these properties they can be used both indoors and outdoors. They can operate at temperatures from -45°C to +120°C.

Neoprene CR rubber cord

Neoprene rubber (CR) is a synthetic elastomer produced by the polymerization of chloroprene. It is perfectly suited for harsh conditions. The rubber cord does not deform or crack under load. Its outstanding advantage is flame resistance. It is resistant to weather, ozone and UV radiation. It withstands low and high temperatures (from -40 °C to + 110 °C°).

Rectangular silicone cord

We offer silicone cords. Special attention should be paid to silicone cords with rectangular or square cross-sections. Silicone — as we already know from the article MVQ silicone rubber – VMQ silicone elastomer — is silicone rubber resistant to high temperatures. The standard temperature range is from -60 °C to 200 °C, and in high-temperature versions even up to 300 °C. We produce rubber cords made of VMQ rubber with various Shore A hardnesses.
