What is FFKM?

Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) like Kalrez® offers exceptional chemical resistance and operates in extreme temperatures (−55 °C to +330 °C). Ideal for industries requiring food, pharma, aerospace, and semiconductor-grade sealing.

FFKM’s higher fluorine content delivers superior chemical resistance and wider temperature range than standard FKM (up to 330 °C).

Standard Compounds

Kalrez® 6375 – 75 ShA, resistant to acids/bases/steam, up to 275 °C.
Kalrez® 7075 – improved sealing force, low compression set, ideal up to 327 °C.
Kalrez® 4079 – 316 °C max, 75 ShA, low swelling, for process & aerospace.

Spectrum™ Specialty Compounds

6380 – Shore 80, resistant to aggressive amines and oxidizers, rated to 225 °C.
7090 – Shore 90, high-temp extrusion resistance, stable to 325 °C.

Industrial Compounds

0090 – 90 ShA, NORSOK M‑710 certified, oil/gas environments to 250 °C.
0040 – cold-temp performance from −42 °C to +220 °C.
1050LF – steam/water/amine resistance to 288 °C.
1058 – valve and pipe sealing to 260 °C.
3018 – 91 ShA, steam-resistant to 220 °C.
2035 & 2037 – ultra-low swelling in acids/esters up to ~220 °C, ideal for semiconductor & pharma.
