Polonit®  FA-300 1000x1500 The NBR gasket sheet is an advanced composite material made of aramid fibers and other fibrous materials reinforced with thermally resistant fillers and bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR). Thanks to its unique construction, it exhibits excellent resistance to chemical agents and high temperatures, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial environments. Applications and working parameters The sheet is designed for cutting gaskets operating under high pressure and temperature conditions. It performs exceptionally well in environments with cold and hot water, steam, alcohols, salt solutions, weak acids and bases, neutral gases, and petrochemical products. The NBR gasket sheet ensures stable operation within the following parameters: - Maximum working pressure: 9 MPa - Maximum momentary temperature: 300°C - Continuous operating temperature: 250°C - Operating temperature with steam: 150°C In cases of simultaneous high temperature and pressure, it is recommended to adhere to maximum values of 4.0 MPa and 200°C. Certifications and compliance with standards The sheet holds numerous certifications confirming its quality and compliance with requirements for various industrial sectors: - WUG (GM 154/98) – approved for use in mines. - PZH – safety confirmation for contact with drinking water. - UDT (M-14-01-/1-04) – authorization for applications in pressure and industrial systems. These certifications allow the sheet to be used in systems requiring the highest quality and compliance with stringent safety standards. Available dimensions and thicknesses The product is available in a wide range of thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 5.0 mm, with precise dimensional tolerances. Standard sheet formats are 1000 x 1500 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm, while larger formats such as 1000 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 2000 mm, 1500 x 3000 mm, and 2000 x 3000 mm are also available upon request.
