The gasket sheet is a high-quality composite made of aramid fibers, thermally resistant mineral fibers, and special fillers, all bonded with NBR rubber. Additional reinforcement in the form of a steel mesh increases its mechanical resistance, ensuring excellent durability in demanding working conditions.

Application

The sheet is designed for the production of gaskets operating in environments such as:

• high-pressure steam,
• water, including drinking water,
• gases,
• alkalis,
• hydrocarbons.

• Maximum Pressure: 12 MPa
• Maximum Short-Term Temperature: 400°C
• Operating Temperature with Steam: 250°C
• In case of simultaneous high pressure and temperature - maximum 6 MPa and 250°C
