Material - HNBR rubber
The material from which HNBR orings are made is butadiene-acrylitrile rubber. It was created by modifying nitrile rubber (NBR) by hydrogenation.
Its use is indicated at temperatures from -30°C to +150°C.
Gaskets made of HNBR are resistant to various types of lubricants, fats, oils from vegetable and animal to mineral, but the driving force should mention the harmful effects on such oil and motor grease seals, as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones or glycol-based liquids. Another advantage is the low susceptibility to diluted acids and aces, as well as factors such as hydraulic fluids, gasoline or propane, butane and even ozone.
Due to its good mechanical and physical properties, that is, high resistance to abrasion, stretching, loads or deformation has been used in both static and dynamic systems. It is used, among other things, in hydraulic systems such as pumps, motors or pneumatic systems such as elevators, feeders, brakes.
