Cutting head

The highlight of the waterjet being used to cut materials is the conversion of water pressure to speed. The cutting head is responsible for this, in which the water passes through a small diameter orifice. When using an abrasive water jet, the cutting head includes a mixing chamber and a mixing nozzle – sometimes even an on / off valve.
