Oring neoprene
For many years they have been widely used in various industries and appreciated for their universal properties. Despite the appearance on the market of many new materials, the popularity of neoprene seals does not decrease. They are particularly popular in refrigeration systems due to their resistance to refrigerants, i.e. ammonia and freon (R12, R13, R21, R22, R113, R114, R115, R134A). It is also very important that neoprene orings are insensitive to temperatures (maximum range: -40°C to +110°C; recommended range: -30°C to +100°C). In combination with insensitivity to weather conditions and ozone and a number of chemicals (high Aniline spot oils, silicate esters, oils) these advantages give the image of a resistant gasket with high capabilities.
Neoprene is a multifunctional material that combines advantages unheard of in other elastometers. For example, it has an advantage over NBR and EDPM due to its simultaneous resistance to weather conditions, ozone and oils.
