Sealing rings with cross-section U1, U2, U6, UN, V

Sealing rings with a cross-section of U1, U2, U6, UN, V are used to seal nodes with reciprocating movement. Most often they are made of NBR rubber, less often of silicone MVQ and polyurethane PU

NBR

УSealing rings made of NBR rubber are resistant to oils (automotive, mineral, animal and plant origin), mineral greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, gaseous fuel, gasoline and non-flammable liquids. Nitrile rubber may come into contact with media such as: non-flammable hydraulic fluids such as HFA, HFB, HFC, diluted acids and bases, as well as water up to + 60 ° C. Suitable for operation at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 100 ° C

MVQ silicone

The silicone rubber of which the sealing rings are made is resistant to mineral oils and greases, diluted salt solutions, alcohols, as well as water at temperatures up to + 100 ° C.

PU polyurethane

U-rings made of polyurethane are characterized by high strength as well as excellent resistance to aging, abrasion and wear. They guarantee a seal with low permanent deformation, therefore they are suitable for use in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, as well as in presses and lifts.

U-rings

Sealing rings with a U cross section are used in hydraulic drives and controls. They are designed to seal knots in reciprocating motion with different working pressure, temperature and maximum speed.

U1

The design of the U1 ring complies with PN-72 / M-73095. Used in hydraulic drives and controls with the possibility of working on a piston or piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder.

The U1 cross-section sealing ring is often used in conjunction with a soft or hard U3 cross-section ring, which serves as a support.

Temperature: -30 ° C to + 100 ° C

Pressure: up to 16 MPa

Speed: up to a maximum of 0.5 m / s

U2

The U2 sealing ring is most often made of nitrile rubber (NBR). It has a groove cross-section and is mounted on piston rods and pistons. The use of U2 rings at higher pressures is possible due to the design of the lips of the groove ring.

In contrast to the U1 sealing ring, it does not require a U3 support ring.

Temperature: -30 ° C to + 100 ° C

Pressure: up to 16MPa

Speed: maximum 0.3 m / s

U6

The U6 sealing rings are made of a uniform material. They guarantee durability and high tightness, even at temporary overloads. They are mounted in the housing of the piston rod.

Temperature: -40 ° C to + 80 ° C

Pressure: up to 25 MPa

Speed: maximum 0.3 m / s

UN

The UN ring is a lip seal. It has asymmetrical lips. Designed to seal reciprocating nodes at pressures up to 32 MPa and piston rod or piston travel speed up to 0.5 m / s. They are used in hydraulics and pneumatics.

V-ring seals

V-ring seals are made entirely of elastomer, most often nitrile (NBR) or fluorine (FKM), without fabric reinforcements and metal inserts. V-ring made of fluoro rubber (FKM) is recommended in applications with a chemically aggressive environment as well as operating temperatures in excess of + 100 ° C.

V-rings are used for high loads. Its design differs from the U-type lip rings. It has asymmetrical and narrower lips and no dorsal part.

It prevents dust, dirt and water from entering from outside and also keeps the lubricant inside the system. They are most often used as a support seal. Works with support and pressure rings.
