Control documents based on internal control
Certificate 2.1
The declaration of compliance with the order is the basic control document in which the manufacturer (manufacturer), authorized representative or importer declares that the goods received during delivery are in accordance with the customer’s order.
According to the European standard 10204, this type of document does not require attaching the test results from non-specific control, during which the manufacturer states that the goods comply with the ordering party’s list of requirements. Test results on products or samples of the product batch are not provided.
Atest 2.1 wystawia producent. The customer receives all documentation signed by an authorized representative. It has been assumed that no additional fees are charged for issuing the document to the client.
Certificate 2.2.
2.2 material certificate is a document in which the manufacturer (manufacturer), authorized representative or importer declares that the goods conform to the order specification.
The European standard EN 10204 requires the manufacturer to attach a report with the test results carried out during non-specific control, which includes information on some of the product properties. It is a guarantee that the received products comply with the customer’s order, applicable regulations and standards.
The certificate 2.2 is issued by an intermediary or a cooperator. The customer receives all documentation signed by the authorized representative responsible for its confirmation. The certificate, to which the test results are attached, is payable.
Inspection documents based on acceptance inspection
3.1 certificate
In the 3.1 inspection certificate, the manufacturer declares that the goods received are in accordance with the customer’s order.
According to the European standard EN 10204, the document must be accompanied by the test results carried out during the specific inspection, which complies with all the guidelines that are specified in the product specification, strictly adhering to the specified delivery conditions based on official and technical regulations.
